Cassava is a shrub with brown roots and a white, fleshy interior, from which tapioca flour is extracted.

Gari or Tapioca has digestive, emollient and astringent properties. Rich in fibers and proteins that help regulate intestinal transit, prevent inflammation and abdominal pain.
